To loosen the valve, place a stop (wooden or rubber block) under the valve plate

Squeeze the valve springs with the fixture

We rest the thrust bearing of the device against the valve plate, and we wind the hook lever by the nut screwed onto the stud for fastening the camshaft bearing housing.

We remove two crackers with tongs or tweezers

Slowly loosen the lever of tool A.60311R, remove the valve disc and valve springs.

Remove the upper and lower spring support washers.

Using special pliers, remove the valve stem cap from the valve guide.

If there is no special tool, then you can gently pry with two screwdrivers and remove the valve seal (you need to do everything carefully, the sleeve is very fragile)

Remove the valve from the guide sleeve

In the same way, we remove all the valves and valve stem seals.

We carefully wash the cylinder head, remove carbon deposits from the combustion chambers and from the surface of the exhaust valves with a metal brush.
