The car's cab is secured with four supports.
Front cab mountings are attached to the subframe
Rear rubber mounts in brackets that are bolted to the frame side members
Access to the bolts of the rear supports through the holes located in the cab floor and covered with plugs.
To dismantle the cab, you will need tools: socket wrenches for 8, 10, 13, wrenches for 19 and TORX T25, hexagon for 6, a set of screwdrivers, pliers, a lifting mechanism with a lifting capacity of at least 500 kg.
We install the car on a viewing ditch.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery

We drain the liquid from the engine cooling system
We loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the expansion tank
Disconnect the block of wires from the coolant level sensor
We pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir
We extend the spring clip of the tip of the hydraulic clutch pipeline and disconnect the pipeline from the working cylinder.
We drain the brake fluid from the brake hydraulic drive (article - Fluid change and brake bleeding Gazelle Next)
Disconnect the block of wires from the brake fluid level sensor
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster check valve
Disconnect the brake pipes from the brake hoses and remove the hoses from the brackets
We mark the location of the hood hinge brackets
Unscrew two bolts attaching the hood to the hinges on each side
Removing the hood
We remove the bumper (article - Removing and installing wheel arch liners and bumper GAZelle Next)
We unscrew the four bolts securing the bumper amplifier and remove the amplifier
Having loosened the clamps, disconnect the hoses from the heater tap
Unscrew the bolt and disconnect the ground wire from the cab spar
We remove the radiator of the cooling system
Remove the charge air cooler (intercooler)
Removing the power steering reservoir
We unscrew the nut securing the power wire of the excitation winding of the generator
We remove the tip of the wire from the terminal "L" of the voltage regulator
We unscrew the nut securing the power wire
Remove the tip of the wire from the "B +" terminal of the generator
Disconnect the pads of wires from the sound signals
Unscrew the two bolts on the left of mounting the power steering heat exchanger
Unscrew the two bolts on the right and remove the power steering heat exchanger
Unscrew the screws from the left side of the front end securing the plastic base of the radiator frame to the cab side members
Unscrew the screws to the front fenders holder
We unscrew the screws fastening to the upper amplifier of the bulkhead
Disconnect the pads of the wiring harness from the connectors of the sensors of the engine management system
We remove the fuel filter (article - Removing and installing the Gazelle Next fuel filter)
We remove the engine wiring harness from the cab mounts
We unscrew the tightening bolt of the terminal connection of the upper and lower intermediate steering shafts.
Disconnect the intermediate shaft from the steering mechanism
We unscrew the screw securing the parking brake lever cover
Remove the cover and disconnect the cable from the lever
Removing the driver's seat
Remove the passenger seat. Remove the gear lever
We unscrew the two nuts of the front fastening of the cab
We unscrew the two nuts from the bottom of the rear cab mounting, holding the bolts through the holes in the cab floor.
We take out the bolts with washers from the holes.
Check again that all wires and hoses are disconnected from the cab.
We hook the cab or body with a lifting mechanism to the doorways (the doors must be open) and remove it from the frame.
We install the cab or body in the reverse order.
