The instrument cluster is not repaired, in case of a malfunction of the instrument indicators, the combination is replaced as an assembly
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery
Unscrew the two screws connecting the upper and lower parts of the steering column cover
Pull up and remove the upper part of the casing
Unscrew the two screws securing the lower part of the casing to the steering column
Remove the bottom of the casing
Remove the lower decorative trim of the instrument panel
Pry off the left edge of the decorative trim and disconnect it from the dashboard
The location of the clips of the decorative trim for the lining of the instrument cluster (view from the inside)
If a coolant heater is installed on the car, disconnect the wiring block from its timer
We unscrew the four screws securing the instrument cluster to the instrument panel
We remove the instrument cluster from the socket in the instrument panel and set it aside for the length of the wires.
We fold back the retaining bracket of the wiring block
Disconnect the block from the combination connector
We remove the instrument cluster.
Install the instrument cluster in reverse order.
