Prepare the car for repairs and install it on a lift or an inspection pit
If the car is on an inspection pit, block the front wheels and put wheel chocks under them

Loosen the rear wheel mounting nuts on the side of the work being performed
Release the parking brake and remove the rear wheel
Place a jack under the lower arm of the rear suspension (A), then lift it as shown in the figure above to load the suspension
Unscrew the mounting bolt (B) of the lever (A). Bolt tightening torque 140-160 Nm
Unscrew the nut securing the crossmember and the rear lower arm (A)
Then remove the suspension spring (B), lowering the jack, as shown in the figure. Tightening torque of the nut 140-160 Nm
Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor (A) and the parking brake cable (B)
Unscrew the mounting nut (A), remove the bolt and disconnect the upper suspension arm (B) from the trunnion. Tightening torque of the nut 100-120 Nm
Unscrew the brake caliper mounting bolts (A). Tightening torque of bolts 60 Nm
Remove the caliper and hang it by the body elements
Unscrew the mounting screws and remove the brake disc
Unscrew the upper and lower mounting bolts (A, B) of the shock absorber (C).
Tightening torque of the bolts:
- - bolt (A) – 45-55 Nm;
- - bolt (B) – 140-160 Nm
Remove the shock absorber
Unscrew the mounting bolts (A) of the hub and remove the hub assembly and the rear brake oz
Remove the cotter pin and unscrew the crown nut securing the additional suspension arm.
Tightening torque of the nut is 40-45 Nm
Using the device (09568-4A000), disconnect the auxiliary arm (A) from the support.
Tightening torque of the bolts is 45-55 Nm
Unscrew the bolts and remove the support assembly (A) from the trailing arm of the suspension. Tightening torque of bolts 45-55 Nm.
Replacing the hub bearing and hub support bushings
Disconnect the parking brake
Remove the wheel
Remove the wheel speed sensor
Remove the caliper and secure it to the rear suspension strut
Removing the brake disk
Unscrew the four bolts securing the hub to the hub support
Using a puller, remove the ABS sensor rotor
Removing the hub support
Bend back the flange and unscrew the nut securing the rear wheel hub
Press out the bushing rear axle
Using a puller, we press out the inner bearing race from the hub
Press out and press in two hub support bushings
Apply a thin layer of engine oil and, using a suitable mandrel, press in the bearing, applying force to the inner race
Tighten the new nut and hammer the flange of the nut into the groove of the hub
Using a suitable mandrel, press in the ABS sensor rotor
Install the hub and bearing on the brake shield so that the rounded part of the outer ring of the bearing is directed upwards
If installation is difficult, you need to rotate the adjusting nut of the parking brake to increase the distance between the brake pads and the mechanism
Tighten the four hub mounting bolts
Install the brake disc
Install the caliper
Turn the hub several times so that the bearing elements are installed in their places
We measure the torque that must be applied to turn the bearing
Torque: 2.8 Nm
The criterion for determining whether the axial play of the hub is in precisely established within the limits none
Bearing axial play: 0.008 mm
