We replace the pump in case of noise from its bearing or in case of tight rotation of the pump pulley, large radial play of the pump shaft

We also replace the pump when a coolant leak occurs from the control hole.

Tools will be required: socket heads 10, 12, 16, 18, Torx E14, wrench 13, flat-blade screwdriver, key retainer for setting TDC, camshaft retainer, sealant, container for drained fluid.

We install the car on a lift or a viewing ditch.
