You will need: power steering fluid, a clean rag

Only top up the power steering reservoir with the "Elf Renault Matic D2" fluid recommended by the manufacturer

The reservoir is mounted on a bracket in the front center of the engine compartment.

The reservoir body is marked with "MAX" and "MIN".

When the engine is warmed up to normal temperature, the fluid level should be near the "MAX" mark.

When the engine is cold, the fluid level should not be below the "MIN" mark.

Check the power steering fluid level with the engine off.

Unscrew the reservoir cap...

There is a filter under the reservoir cap.

Periodically remove the filter and inspect it.

If the filter is heavily soiled, it must be cleaned.

Reinstall the cap and wipe away any leaks.
