Removing the power steering pump for replacement or repair
You will need: a 13 mm socket, pliers, and a 17 mm pipe wrench.
Remove the accessory drive belt (see "Replacing Renault Logan Drive Belts").

Loosen the clamp on the inlet hose by squeezing its bent tabs with pliers and sliding the clamp along Hose

Disconnect the hose from the pump fitting.

Unscrew the pressure line fastening nut and move the line to the side.

The connection between the line and the pump is sealed with a rubber ring, which must be replaced each time it is disconnected.
Prevent the hydraulic fluid from leaking from the line and hose by plugging them, for example, with wooden plugs.

Unscrew Rear pump mounting bolt

Remove the front pump mounting bolt through the hole in the pulley

Turn the pulley and remove the second front mounting bolt

Remove the power steering pump.
Reinstall the pump in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the pump mounting bolts and the pressure line mounting nut to a torque of 21 Nm (2.1 kgf-m).
Bleed the power steering system (see "Bleeding the Power Steering System on a Renault Logan").
