Preparing the car for work. Placing the car on a lift.

Disconnecting the negative battery terminal.

Preparing the vehicle for condenser replacement

Removing the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.

Removing the front bumper

Removing the front bumper.

Removing the upper crossmember of the radiator frame

Removing the upper crossmember of the radiator frame.

Unscrewing the high-pressure inlet pipe flange nut

Unscrew the nut securing the high-pressure inlet pipe flange to the condenser flange.

Disconnect the pipe from the condenser.

Disconnecting the outlet pipe flange

Also disconnect the outlet pipe flange.

After disconnecting the pipes, plug the holes to prevent dirt from getting in.

Move the condenser up slightly and remove it from the holders.

Remove the condenser by lifting it up.

Reinstall the condenser in the reverse order.

Plugs of the new condenser

Open the plugs of the new condenser before connecting the pipes.

Lubricating O-rings with compressor oil

When installing the O-rings on the pipes, be sure to lubricate them with air conditioning compressor oil.

Tighten the pipe mounting bolts (10 Nm).

Fill the air conditioning system with refrigerant.
