Removing the anti-roll bar for repair and replacement
Preparing the car for the task and installing it on a lift or inspection pit

Remove the left front wheel
Unscrew bolt "A", then disconnect the universal joint assembly "B" and the steering gear assembly
Unscrew the nut "B" of the front stabilizer strut "A" from the shock absorber strut assembly
Remove the brake caliper "A"
After removing the self-locking nuts on both sides of the connecting rod "A", remove the ball joint using the puller 09568-4A000
Unscrew the mounting bolt "B" on both sides of the lower arm «А»
Unscrew the engine mounting bolts «А, В»
Remove the rubber front muffler holder from the subframe
Unscrew the subframe mounting bolts and nuts, supporting it with a jack
After lowering the jack to a certain level, unscrew the bolts "A" of the stabilizer assembly
Remove the stabilizer assembly through the gap between the housing and the rear side of the subframe (try not to damage the power steering tubes)
Removing brackets "A" and bushings (B)
Checking the condition
Checking the stabilizer for violation of geometric parameters
Checking the bushings for increased wear
Checking the ball joints of the strut stabilizer, replace if necessary.
Installing the anti-roll bar
Install the bushing (B) on the stabilizer (A)
(The clamp (C) of the stabilizer (A) contacts the bushing (B))
Install the bracket on the bushing (B)
After tightening the bolts of the bushing bracket, install the bracket on the other side
We screw in the mounting bolts (A) of the stabilizer bracket to the subframe. Tightening torque 44.1-53.9 Nm
After raising the jack that supports the subframe, screw in four bolts (A) of the subframe and eight bolts (B) of the bracket guide.
Tightening torque: bolt (A) 156.9-176.5 Nm; bolt (B) 44.1-53.9 Nm
Install the rubber bracket of the front muffler on the subframe
Tighten the engine mounting bolts. Tightening torque 63.7-83.4 Nm.
Tighten the lower arm mounting bolts on both sides. Tightening torque 98.1-117.7 Nm
Screw in the self-locking nuts (B) on both sides of the connecting rod.
Install the brake caliper, then tighten the bolt (C). Tightening torque bolt (B) 23.5-33 Nm, bolt (C) 21.6-31.4 Nm
Tighten the nut (B) of the front anti-roll bar strut (A). Tightening torque 98.1-117.7 Nm
Install the wheel on the front hub. Tightening torque 88.3-107.9 Nm
Tighten the connecting bolt (A) between the universal joint (B) and the steering gear pinion assembly. Tightening torque 12.7-17.7 Nm
