We remove the electric fan for repair or replacement
We prepare the car for work and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Open the radiator cap and pump out about two liters of coolant with a large syringe
We loosen the clamp of the radiator outlet hose, squeezing its bent ears with pliers, and slide the clamp along the hose
Remove the hose from the radiator pipe
Remove the return hose from the radiator pipe
Remove the expansion tank
Press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the connector of the main electric fan
We also disconnect the wire block from the connector of the additional electric fan
We unscrew the two upper bolts securing the electric fan shroud to the radiator of the cooling system
The picture shows the bolts securing the electric fan shroud to the radiator
Remove the radiator fan assembly with the casing, bringing it up from the engine compartment
Install the electric fan in reverse order
We bring the coolant level to normal

Remove the electric fans of the engine cooling system assembly with the casing, as indicated above
Unscrew the nut that secures the fan impeller to the motor shaft and remove the impeller atku
We unscrew the screws securing the motor to the casing and remove the motor

Install the motor and fan with shroud in reverse order
