Remove and check the ignition module if the engine won't start or runs rough.
You will need a tester or ohmmeter.

Disconnect the high-voltage wire terminals from the ignition module.

Measure the resistance of the secondary winding by connecting an ohmmeter to the high-voltage terminals of the ignition module.
The resistance of the secondary winding should be approximately 7.0 kΩ.
Repeat the check for terminals "2" and "3".

If the resistance of at least one secondary winding differs from the specified value, replace the ignition module.
Reconnect the high-voltage wires.
Before installation, lubricate the high-voltage wire terminals with grease. grease.
The manufacturer recommends "FLUORINE GREASE" (catalog number 82 00168 855), but you can also use technical petroleum jelly.
Removing and installing the ignition module
You will need a T30 TORX key.

Disconnect the high-voltage wire terminals from the ignition module.

Press the lock and disconnect the wiring harness connector.

Remove the three bolts securing the ignition module.
Remove module.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque for the ignition module mounting bolts: 15 Nm.
