The hydraulic power steering pump is replaceable in case of failure
To replace the pump, you need keys: 12, 14, 19, 24, a flat-blade screwdriver, a syringe and a mounting spatula
Remove the accessory drive belt
Weaken the clamp of the supply hose by squeezing the bent ends of the clamp with pliers
Slide the clamp along the hose
Disconnect the supply hose from the pump nozzle
Drain the fluid from the power steering reservoir into the prepared container
Squeeze the retainer of the wiring harness of the pressure sensor of the working fluid of the power steering system
Disconnecting the pads
Remove the wire harness holder from the bracket on the power steering pump housing
Unscrew the bolt fitting of the pressure pipe
Remove the bolt together with the sealing washer
Disconnect the pressure pipe with the sealing washer installed under it from the pump
This may cause a small amount of liquid to leak out of the pump pipe
Remove the sealing washer
We muffle the pipeline in any way so that the working fluid does not flow out of it
Using a syringe, we drain the remaining working fluid from the power steering pump
We unscrew the two bolts securing the pump to the bracket eynu of the engine (the second bolt is under the pump pulley)
Remove the pump from the engine bracket
We press the clamp of the wiring harness block
Disconnect the block from the pressure sensor of the working fluid of the power steering system
We unscrew the two bolts securing the pipeline of the hydraulic booster supply circuit
Removing the pipeline
Pry off the O-ring with a screwdriver
Remove the ring from the power steering pump
We unscrew the pressure sensor of the working fluid of the power steering system
To prevent dirt from entering the pump, we plug the openings of the pipeline and the sensor
Unscrew the pressure pipe valve
Unscrew the pulley nut
Remove the power steering pump pulley
Install the hydraulic pump in reverse order
We put on the auxiliary drive belt
Pour the working fluid into the system and pump it
