In the article, we will consider the removal of the engine radiator electric fan and the cabin air electric fan
Removing the electric fan of the engine cooling system
We prepare the car and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Push the lock of the wire block
Disconnect the block from the additional fan resistance
Remove the steam outlet hose from the branch pipe of the plug of the expansion tank
We press the four latches securing the electric fan to the radiator
Remove the electric fan assembly with the casing
Unscrew the impeller nut
Remove the impeller from the motor flange
We unscrew the three screws securing the motor to the casing
Disconnect the wiring harness from the holders on the casing
Remove the block of wires from the bracket
And disconnect the fan motor from the casing
Install the radiator fan motor in reverse order
Removing and installing heater electric fan
Disconnect the negative battery terminal
We press the latch and disconnect the block of wires from the heater motor
We unscrew the three screws securing the electric fan housing
Remove the electric fan by lowering it down
Install the heater fan in reverse order
Replacing the additional resistance of the heater fan
Additional resistance of the heater electric fan is installed on the heater housing on the left side
Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Under the instrument panel on the front passenger side, we press the lock of the wire block and disconnect the block from the additional resistance
We unscrew the two screws securing the additional resistance
Remove the resistances from the heater body
Install additional resistance in reverse order
