We prepare the car and drain the brake fluid from the system
Disconnect the wiring harness from the brake fluid level drop sensor
Unscrew and remove the tank cap with the sensor
We pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir with a rubber bulb or syringe
We unscrew the fittings of two brake pipes with a 12 wrench and remove the pipes from the cylinder
Using a 17 key, unscrew the two nuts securing the cylinder to the vacuum booster
One nut secures the ground wire lug
Remove the cylinder together with the tank
A washer is installed between the cylinder and the vacuum booster
Pull out the tank from the cylinder
Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the rubber seals of the reservoir
We unscrew the fittings of two tubes with a key for 17
We rearrange the removed parts to the new cylinder and install it in reverse order
