Changing the engine air filter element
Preparing the car for work.
Opening the hood.
Disconnect the rubber clamp that mounts the air path resonator
Disconnect the resonator pipe from the pipe cover of the air filter housing
Squeezing the two clamps of the tube tip, disconnect the tube of the vacuum booster from the receiver fitting
Using a Torx T25 wrench, unscrew the two screws securing the cover to the air filter housing.
Leaving the air path resonator aside, remove the cover of the air filter housing with a replaceable element
Remove the replacement element from the lid
We clean the cavity of the air filter cover and install the new element in reverse order.
Replacing the HVAC filter
The filter element of the ventilation system is located under the instrument panel, to the left of the glove box
Press the filter lock with your finger (shown on the removed filter)
Remove the lower edge of the filter from the heater body
By pressing down with your finger, simultaneously push the filter out of the heater housing
Retrieve the filter
Install the filter in reverse order
The arrow on the filter should be pointing up
