Disassembly of a partially synchronized gearbox
Disassemble in the following order:
Remove the side cover with the switch mechanism.
Remove the transfer case and clean it of dirt
Drain the oil from the transfer case.
Before disassembling, clean the outer surface of the gearbox with a cleaner or solvent.
