Removing the stabilizer bar

- a nut of fastening of the top support of a shock-absorber rack - 62 Nm;

- the nut of the shock strut bolt to the fist - 105 Nm;

- a bolt of fastening of a bracket of a pillow of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability to a subframe - 25 Nm;

- a nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability - 35 Nm;

- a nut of a bolt of fastening of the forward/rear cross-section lever to a subframe and a knuckle - 125 Nm;

- a nut of a bolt of fastening of a trailing arm to a fist and an arm of a body - 125 Nm;

- rear wheel hub bearing nut - 280 Nm.

Replacement of pillows of a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability, removal of a bar

We replace the rubber pads of the anti-roll bar of the rear suspension when they break and swell the rubber, as well as when the pads are significantly worn, as a result of which there is a play in the connection of the parts.

We remove the stabilizer bar for replacement if it is mechanically damaged.

We install the car on a viewing ditch or lift

We hang out the rear of the car - both rear wheels, since when hanging only one wheel, the stabilizer is tense and interferes with dismantling.

Removing the fist

We remove the rear suspension knuckle to replace the rear wheel hub bearing, brake shield, to replace the knuckle assembly with the bearing and silent blocks.

Loosen the wheel bearing nut.

Remove the rear wheel speed sensor from the knuckle hole.

Remove the rear brake pads and disconnect the brake pipe fitting from the wheel cylinder.

We remove the tip of the parking brake cable from the hole in the shield of the brake mechanism.

We turn off the nuts of the bolts of the shock absorber strut to the fist, take out the bolts and remove the strut.

Disconnect the transverse and trailing arms from the knuckle, as described above.

We derive the splined shank of the housing of the outer hinge of the rear wheel drive from the hub

Replacement of the bearing of a nave of a back wheel

We replace the rear wheel hub bearing when it fails - noise, howl in the rear wheel area.

The bearing can be pressed in with a hammer or puller, applying force only to the outer ring of the bearing and resting the cup of the puller on the knuckle.

After pressing the bearing, install the retaining ring in the groove of the fist.

Then we press the hub into the bearing, resting the puller cup on the inner ring of the bearing.

We carry out further assembly and installation of the fist in the reverse order.
