Remove the steering knuckle to replace the hub and steering knuckle assembly
We prepare the car for work and disconnect the negative battery terminal
Loosen the wheel hub nut
Raise and mount the front of the car on supports, remove the front wheel
Unscrew the wheel hub nut
We unscrew the bolt securing the wire holder of the front wheel speed sensor to the steering knuckle and move it to the side
Unscrew the bolt securing the front wheel speed sensor to the steering knuckle and move the sensor to the side
Remove the brake caliper without disconnecting the brake hose from it and tie it with wire to the upper arm of the front suspension
Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle
We press the pin of the ball joint of the upper arm of the front suspension from the steering knuckle
Remove the lower arm ball joint bracket
Remove the steering knuckle assembly with the hub and the brake disc by pulling the shank of the outer joint of the front wheel drive out of the hub
Unscrew the fastening screws and remove the brake disc
Install parts in reverse order
The front suspension knuckles are marked "L" and "R". Steering knuckles right and left are not interchangeable
Replacing the front hub bearing
Requires a bearing puller
Remove the steering knuckle
We install the puller and press it out of the rotary kula hub assembly with bearing
Once the hub is removed, the bearing is not reusable, so it must be replaced
The spare parts are supplied with the original bearing assembly with the hub, so further disassembly does not make sense
We press the hub with the bearing all the way into the steering knuckle
Install parts in reverse order
Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment
