The car has four brake hoses
To replace the front brake hose, remove the front wheel
Unscrew the bolt securing the brake hose holder to the shock strut bracket
Unscrew the nut securing the brake tube to the hose end
To prevent fluid from leaking out of the brake pipe, we plug the hole with a protective cap from the air release valve
Unscrew the bolt securing the brake hose holder to the body bracket
Unscrew the bolt fitting that secures the hose tip to the working cylinder of the brake mechanism and remove the brake hose
Install the hose in reverse order
When installing the hose, pay attention to the health of the copper sealing washers, it is advisable to replace these washers during assembly
Replacing the second front hose in the same way
Replacing rear wheel brake hoses
Remove the rear wheel from the side of the replaced hose
Unscrew the nut securing the brake tube to the hose and disconnect the tube
To prevent fluid from leaking out of the brake pipe, we plug the hole with a protective cap from the air release valve
Remove the locking bracket from the tip of the brake hose fixed in the bracket on the bottom of the body
We unscrew the bolt-fitting of the lower end of the hose to the working cylinder of the brake mechanism
Install the new hose in reverse order
Pay attention to copper washers, replace them during assembly
Replacing the second rear hose in the same way
Replacing brake pipes
The principle of replacing brake pipes is the same as when replacing pipes
To replace the tube from the ABS block, unscrew the nut attaching the tube to the block
Unscrew the supply pipe to the brake hose of the left front wheel
Remove the tube from the clamps and holders and remove it from the car
After replacing tubes and hoses, fill the system with brake fluid and bleed the system
