We remove the throttle assembly for cleaning the throttle valve and for replacement
If the engine does not develop speed or the idle speed is exceeded, and the engine is not throttled enough and jerks and dips are observed during operation, then there may be a problem in the throttle assembly.
First you need to flush the throttle assembly. If after flushing the malfunctions are not eliminated, then replace the throttle assembly.
To remove the throttle assembly, you will need: a wrench for 8, hex keys for 3, 4, a socket head for 12, pliers and screwdrivers.
With the skill, you can not drain the coolant, just prepare plugs for the hoses, with which, after disconnecting, immediately plug the hoses.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Remove the air filter housing assembly with the air supply hose.
Press out the plastic retainer
Disconnect the wiring harness from the throttle assembly
We compress the bent ears of the clamp securing the upper hose to the nozzle of the throttle assembly with pliers
Slide the clamp along the hose and disconnect the hose from the throttle assembly
Unscrew the four mounting bolts
Remove the wiring harness bracket
Unfold the throttle hose, compress the lugs of the clamp that secures the coolant supply hose to the nozzle of the throttle assembly with pliers and slide the clamp along the hose
Disconnect the hose from the nozzle of the throttle assembly
We also disconnect the coolant outlet hose from the throttle assembly
Remove the throttle assembly from the engine compartment
Remove the gasket of the throttle assembly
Install the throttle assembly and all parts in the reverse order.
We replace the gasket of the throttle assembly, regardless of its condition.

Press out the latch
Disconnect the wiring harness from the throttle pedal
We unscrew the three nuts securing the gas pedal to the body
Remove the pedal. Install the pedal in reverse order.
