We remove the headlights and taillights of the car if they are faulty or when dismantling other units.
Replacing the headlight
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
Removing the front bumper (article - Removing and installing mudguards and a bumper on a GAZelle Next)
Unscrew the two bolts of the upper mount of the headlight to the base of the radiator frame
Press the lock of the wire block and disconnect the block from the headlight connector
Pull forward and disconnect the socket of the hinge of the lower support of the body from the support "A" on the base of the radiator frame
Removing the headlight unit
Install the headlight in the reverse order.
After installation, you need to check and adjust the direction of the headlights.
Replacing the fog light
You will need tools: a special plastic mounting blade, screwdrivers.

Squeeze the fastening clamp of the wiring block and disconnect the block from the lamp base
Unscrew the three screws securing the headlight housing to bumper
Removing the headlight from the bracket on the bumper
Installing the fog light in the reverse order.
Connecting the wiring harness to the headlight and installing the fender liner.
Replacing the turn signal repeater
Disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery
We pry up the front edge of the lantern with a special plastic mounting blade
We remove the repeater from the hole in the front wing
We press the fastening lock wiring blocks and disconnect the block (do not release the wiring block into the hole in the wing, otherwise you will have to remove the fender liner later)
Install the turn signal repeater in the reverse order
Replacing the rear light
You will need a 10 key.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
Pry off screwdriver and disconnect the wiring block of the rear light
Unscrew the two nuts securing the light
Remove the light from the underride guard
Install the rear light in the reverse order.
Replacing the cabin light
Disconnect the negative terminal battery.
Pry up the edge of the lamp housing on the right side
Remove the lamp from its socket in the roof trim
Press the lock and disconnect the wiring block from the lamp terminals
Removing the lamp
Installing the lamp of the cabin lighting in the reverse order
We connect the battery terminal and check the functionality of the lamp.
