Remove and disassemble the pump for repair

We unscrew the two screws securing the pump cover with a screwdriver and remove the cover
Remove the rubber gasket and strainer
We wash the strainer in a solvent, put it back in place and assemble the pump in reverse order

Use the 7 key to loosen the clamp and remove the inlet hose from the pump fitting
We unscrew the outlet hose fitting with a 14 wrench and disconnect it from the pump
With a 12 head, we unscrew the two bolts securing the pump to the cylinder block

Unscrew the eight screws with a screwdriver and remove the cover
We unscrew the three screws securing the valve block to the cover with a screwdriver
Remove the valve block and gasket
Unscrew the fitting with a 19 key and remove the strainer from it
Press on the center of the membrane and, turning it 90°, remove the membrane together with the stem and spring
We wash all the metal parts of the pump in a solvent, blow them with compressed air, assemble and install the pump in the reverse order, while combining the valve block with the pump housing so that two inlet valves are turned towards the inlet fitting, and one (discharge) - to the outlet fitting.
When installing the cover, we combine the marks on it and the case made earlier.
