We remove the fenders and mudguards of the car for cleaning and processing body parts, also for approaching some nodes.
We remove the car bumpers for replacement, as well as for replacing some car components.
Removing mudguards and fender liner
To complete the task, you will need Torx T-20 and T-30 wrenches, and a set of screwdrivers.
We install the car on a lift or a viewing ditch
Before removing the mudguard and fender liner, remove the corresponding wheel

To remove the front wheel mudguard, unscrew the screw securing the mudguard to the body sill

We unscrew the two screws securing the front fender

Unscrew the fastener to the body cross member

Remove the mudguard
Install the mudguard in reverse order
Removing the front wheel liner
Remove the mudguard as described above

Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the fender liner

We unscrew the piston "A" and, prying with a screwdriver, take out the piston "B" of the front fender liner fastening to the body.

Unscrew the screw securing the fender liner to the front fender

Remove the fender liner
Install the front fender liner in reverse order
Removing the front bumper
You will need wrenches for 10 and Torx T-30 and screwdrivers

We unscrew the three screws securing the front bumper and the lower part of the engine mudguard on the right

We unscrew the three screws securing the bumper on the left

Remove the fender liner as described above in this article

We unscrew the three screws securing the bumper to the subframe

From the inside of the bumper with a chisel, we cut off three rivets securing the bumper to the body on both sides.

In the arches of the front wheels, we unscrew one screw securing the bumper to the body

We unscrew the four screws securing the cladding to the radiator frame.
The radiator cover is made in one piece with the front bumper.

Remove the front bumper
Install the front bumper in reverse order.
Removing the rear bumper
You will need Torx T-30 and Torx T-20 wrenches, a 10 socket and screwdrivers

In the arches of the rear wheels, unscrew one screw securing the bumper to the body

We unscrew from the bottom of the car two screws securing the bumper to the energy-absorbing element on the right and left sides

We unscrew the three bolts securing the bumper brackets to the body
Remove the rear light to access the rear bumper mounting clips

We unscrew the cores of the two fasteners for fastening the bumper to the body (one fastener on each side)

Pry off the retainer with a screwdriver

Removing the fixators

We unscrew two screws each (left and right) securing the bumper in the opening of the tailgate

Remove the rear bumper
Install the rear bumper in reverse order
