In the article, we will consider the disassembly and removal of the car door

Removing the door trim

Remove the lining of the inner handle of the door lock

Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screw securing the lock handle

Remove the handle, socket and foam pad

Pry off the lock of the plastic latch with a knife and remove the lock from the latch

Remove the latch from the hole

Also take out the rest of the latches

Remove the door upholstery (in some places the upholstery is glued to the door)

Install upholstery in reverse order

Removing the door lock

Remove the door upholstery as above

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the inner door handle

Recessing the handle inside the door

Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the four screws securing the lock

Remove the lock together with the rod and the inner door handle

We unscrew the two fastening screws with a screwdriver, remove the door stop and its fastening plate

Using an impact screwdriver with a Phillips tip, unscrew the two screws securing the lock retainer

Remove the retainer and plate

Install the lock in reverse order

After that, we loosen the screws securing the stop, move the door, achieving a clear operation of the lock

Removing the door handle

Remove the door lock as described above

Using a screwdriver, unscrew the plate fastening screw

Remove the plate and button of the handle with spring

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the handle

Remove the handle and gasket

Install the handle in reverse order

Door glass replacement

We unscrew the two screws securing the rack with a screwdriver

Use a screwdriver to move the edge of the glass seal over the edge of the frame

Remove the glass together with the stand from the frame

If it is not possible to remove the glass together with the stand, remove the glass first, and then the stand

Using a screwdriver, unscrew the two screws of the lower fastening

Using a Phillips screwdriver, we unscrew the two screws of the side fastening of the swivel glass

Move the glass back and remove it from the car

Install the glass in the following sequence:

we install the pivoting glass and wrap the screws and self-tapping screws for its fastening

We put a seal on the door glass and insert it into the rack

Tucking the cord into the cut of the seal

We put the rack into the door frame and press the glass to the frame opening

Carefully pull the cord out of the cut of the seal

Tighten the glass stand screws

Removing the door glass frame

We unscrew the two bolts securing the door armrest with a 10 head and remove it

We unscrew the 12 frame bolt with a key and remove it from the car

Install the frame in reverse order

Removing the door

Using pliers, unpin the limiter pin and remove the pin

We unscrew the two bolts securing the upper door hinge to the body with a 12 key

Also detach the bottom hinge mount

Remove the door from the car

Install the door in reverse order.

We adjust the position of the door in the opening, for which, loosening the bolts of the door hinges, we raise or lower the door, achieving uniform gaps

Hold the door in this position and tighten the hinge bolts.

Lubricate the hinge hinges through grease fittings with any grease or oil
