Remove the subframe for access to other suspension elements and for repair
We install the car on a lift or a viewing ditch
Set the steering wheel to the position corresponding to the rectilinear movement of the car
Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery
Under the dashboard in the passenger compartment, loosen the nut of the terminal connection of the steering shaft with the steering gear shaft and disconnect the shafts
Remove the engine crankcase protection and engine mudguards
Press on the clamp of the wire block
Raise the brace fully
And disconnect the block from the electric power steering
We press the lock of the steering torque sensor wire block, and disconnect the block from the sensor
We press the lock of the block of the wires of the speed sensor of the rotor of the electric power steering, and disconnect the block from the sensor
We unscrew the bolt that secures the bracket of the headlight electrocorrector sensor strut to the lower front suspension arm
Remove the rack along with the bracket to the side
Unscrew the bolt securing the ground wire to the front suspension subframe
We squeeze the retainer with pliers and disconnect the holder for attaching the ground wire and the wires of the headlight electrocorrector sensor, take them aside, removing the rest of the holders
Disconnect the wiring harness from the headlight electrocorrector sensor
Unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the radiator hose from the subframe
We unscrew the nuts securing the stabilizer strut pins, keeping the fingers from turning, and disconnect the stabilizer strut hinge pins from the stabilizer bar
We remove the extensions of the lower front suspension arms and the lower front suspension arms
We unscrew the bolt of the lower support, engine mount, remove it from the hole and remove the support from the subframe
Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle
Installing hydraulic struts under the subframe
Unscrew the nuts (one each on the left and right side)
We unscrew the bolts (two on the left and right sides)
Remove the rear brackets of the front suspension subframe
We unscrew the bolts of the subframe amplifier (three on the left and right sides)
We unscrew the nuts securing the subframe to the side members of the body in front (one each on the left and right sides)
Unscrew the nuts of the central fastening of the subframe (one each on the left and right sides)
Remove the front suspension subframe assembly with the steering gear and stabilizer bar, lowering it down
If necessary, remove the stabilizer bar and steering gear
If necessary, replace the silent block of the subframe, remembering the position in which it was installed
Install parts in reverse order
After installing all the parts, we check and, if necessary, adjust the toe angles of the front wheels
