Replacing the engine oil pressure drop sensor
The emergency pressure drop sensor is installed in the cylinder block in the left front of the engine (above the oil filter)
We prepare the car and install it on a lift or an inspection ditch
We press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the sensor
Unscrew the sensor from the cylinder block and remove it
Each time the sensor is removed, the copper washer of the sensor must be replaced
Install the sensor in reverse order
Replacement of the sensor for the emergency drop in pressure of the automatic transmission fluid
Remove the crankcase protection
Press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the sensor
Loosen the sensor, unscrew it from the hole in the gearbox
When the sensor is loosened, a small amount of fluid may leak out of the automatic transmission
Install the sensor for the emergency drop in pressure of the automatic transmission fluid and all the details in the reverse order
Replacing the vehicle speed sensor
We install the car on a viewing ditch or lift
Remove crankcase protection
Press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the speed sensor
We unscrew the speed sensor mounting bolt and remove the sensor from the hole in the gearbox
Install the vehicle speed sensor and all parts in reverse order
Replacing the automatic gearbox output speed sensor
Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Removing the air filter housing, described in the article " How to replace the Mazda 6 air filter element"
Press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the output shaft rotation sensor
Unscrew the sensor mounting bolt and remove the sensor from the hole Hole in gearbox
Install the sensor in reverse order
Replacing the automatic transmission input shaft speed sensor
The sensor is installed on the gearbox under the mounting bracket for the solenoid valves for controlling the intake manifold flap drive mechanism
Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Remove the air filter housing
Press the latch and disconnect the wire block from the sensor
We unscrew the bolt of the input shaft speed sensor
Remove the sensor from the hole in the gearbox
Install the input shaft speed sensor and all parts in reverse order
