Dismantling
1. Using a valve spring compressor, extract the split collets from the valve spring retainer. Then remove the valve spring retainer, the valve spring, the valve spring seat and the valve itself.
Cylinder block dismantling
1. Check the side clearance between the lower connecting rod end and the corresponding crankshaft cheek.
The main dimensions of the connecting rod and piston group are shown in Figure 1.
The piston is cast aluminum. The mass of the pistons is strictly maintained in the manufacture.
