Remove the intake silencer.

Remove the air filter housing.

Remove the throttle body

fig. 1. Removing the intake manifold of the K4M engine: 1 - throttle cable, 2 - block of the wiring harness to the ignition coils, 3 - block of the wiring harness to the air temperature sensor, 4 - block of the wiring harness to the intake air pressure sensor, 5 - intake manifold

Disconnect the cable 1 (Figure 1) of the throttle actuator from the intake manifold 5.

Disconnect the pads 2 from the ignition coils.

Disconnect block 3 from the engine temperature sensor.

Disconnect block 4 from the inlet air pressure sensor

fig. 2. Removing the intake manifold of the K4M engine: 1-7 - intake manifold mounting bolts

With a head of 8, we unscrew seven bolts (Figure 2) and remove the intake manifold assembly with an air temperature sensor and an incoming air pressure sensor.

Install

All gaskets need to be replaced.

Before installing the intake manifold, install a new gasket on the intake manifold.

Install the intake manifold on the car.

Install and tighten the mounting bolts in the order shown in Figure 2.

The bolt tightening torque is 9 Nm (0.9 kgcm) (replaceable head 8, extension, wrench, torque wrench).

We attach block 4 (Figure 1) to the incoming air pressure sensor.

Connect block 3 to the air temperature sensor.

We attach pads 2 to the ignition coils.

Connect the throttle cable 1 to the intake manifold 5.

We install the throttle pipe, air filter housing and intake silencer.

Use a 10 key to connect the negative terminal to the battery.
