Pry off with a screwdriver, remove the adapter lock

Disconnect the adapter and the tube

A rubber ring is installed on the adapter.

There are two rubber rings on the other end of the adapter. If the rings are deformed, replace them.

Install the parts in reverse order.

Removing the clutch master cylinder

Having unscrewed the fastening nuts, we set aside the expansion tank of the cooling system without disconnecting the hoses from it.

Disconnect the clutch hydraulic hose from the master cylinder.

Under the instrument panel, we bend the soundproofing, fixed from below on the instrument panel.

Pry off the tip retainer with a screwdriver

Remove the master cylinder rod tip from the pedal pin

If the master cylinder is removed for replacement, remove the rod end with pliers.

In the engine compartment, disconnect the fluid supply hose to the clutch master cylinder from the reservoir on the master brake cylinder.

By turning the clutch master cylinder clockwise, we remove it from the hole in the bulkhead.

Remove the rubber shlang.

The master cylinder is sealed in the bulkhead with a rubber gasket.

Install the clutch master cylinder in reverse order.

Replacing the clutch hydraulic hose and tube

We unscrew the nuts securing the expansion tank and move the tank to the side without disconnecting the hoses from it.

We pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir of the hydraulic brake and clutch.

Press the tip lock and remove the tube tip from the adapter

Under the battery platform, remove the tube from the holder on the gearbox

Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the hose clamp from the fitting of the clutch master cylinder.

Disconnect the hose from the master cylinder. We take out the hose with the tube from the engine compartment

Using a 10mm pipe union nut wrench, unscrew the pipe fitting, holding the hose tip with a 14mm wrench

To replace the tube with a special key for 10, unscrew the tube fitting, holding the tip with a key for 14

We assemble and install the hose and tube in the reverse order.

The end of the hose is sealed with a rubber ring.

If the ring is deformed, then replace it.

After installing the hose and tube, we bleed the clutch hydraulic actuator.
