Renault Logan repair

The Renault Logan is an affordable family car, so to keep its price down, components and assemblies from other Renault models were extensively used. The car's MacPherson strut front suspension with lower wishbones is based on that of the Renault Clio II, while the rear features a semi-independent H-shaped crossbeam with trailing arms, similar to the Renault Modus. The entire heating system is also borrowed from the new Modus. The electronic control unit is borrowed from the Twingo, and the car received the cooling system vents and gearshift knob from the Espace.

Anti-lock braking system of the Renault Logan car

The anti-lock braking system (ABS) consists of an electronic control unit (ECU), wheel speed sensors, a hydraulic unit 1 (Fig. 1) with hydraulic solenoid valves, an electrically driven return pump, and a warning lamp 4 in the instrument cluster.
