GAZELLE NEXT

The GAZelle family of commercial and cargo-passenger vehicles in the LCV segment, manufactured by GAZ OJSC and also assembled using industrial assembly technology in Kazakhstan (Almaty), Lithuania (Rokiškis), and Iran (Tehran), was expanded in 2013 with the new NEXT model, a major upgrade of the previous GAZ-3302/2705 model.
The vehicle retains its frame structure, semi-bonneted cab, and longitudinal engine placement in the front of the cab.
Rear-wheel drive or, in the future (for all-wheel drive variants), dual-drive.
The main difference between the GAZelle NEXT and its predecessor is its independent front suspension and a completely new cabin with an anti-corrosion coating and plastic fenders.
The rear suspension of the car is dependent, on two longitudinal semi-elliptical two-leaf springs with additional springs (sub-springs), with hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers
The car's power plant is mounted using three supports
Two supports with rubber cushions are located on the sides of the engine and one support is located under the gearbox
We replace the rear wheel pads in case of damage, oiling and wear of the pads to a thickness of less than 1 mm.
If there is play in the ball joints or if the rubber covers of the joints are damaged, the ball joints must be removed and replaced.
Turbocharger (turbocharger) is removed during engine repair, replacement of gaskets, and when replacing the turbocharger itself
Bleeding the hydraulic system of the power steering is necessary after any work related to depressurization of the system (replacing the pump or pipelines)
During the engine operation, it is necessary to clean the gas recirculation system during periodic maintenance work
The cardan gear consists of an intermediate cardan shaft, an intermediate support, a rear cardan shaft and three cardan joints.
Check and adjust the wheel alignment angles on special stands according to the instructions for them.
The car has three independent braking systems: service, spare and parking.
The service brake system is hydraulic, dual-circuit (divided into front and rear circuits), with a vacuum booster, pressure regulator and a sensor for emergency drop in brake fluid level in the reservoir.
The instrument cluster cannot be repaired. If the instrument indicators are faulty, the cluster is replaced as a whole
