Remove

Remove the accessory drive belt.

Remove the crankshaft pulley.

Remove the intake silencer.

Remove the air filter housing.

Remove the throttle body

We remove the oil separator to clean it from deposits, as well as when dismantling the cylinder head cover

Remove the cylinder head to replace the cylinder head gasket.

We install the cylinder head after repair, inspection and fault detection.

Before installing the cylinder head, set the cylinder pistons to the middle of the stroke.

To improve the filling of cylinders with a fuel mixture in all modes, 1.6l engines are equipped with an intake camshaft dephaser.
